We cannot accept returns for items purchased through other platforms.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY FOR RETAIL PURCHASES
We will gladly accept returns or exchanges of new, unused, and unwashed merchandise in sellable condition with a receipt from our website within 30 days of purchase. Credit card purchases will be credited as sold.
EASY FLAT RATE RETURNS
If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with any of your purchased items you may initiate a return by emailing info@caomp.com- be sure to include your order number, the reason for the return, and list the items to be returned.
One of our customer service representatives will provide you with a Flat Rate Fee $6.95 for one item or $8.95 for two or more items (no deduction for shipping errors; not available for AK & HI). Affix the return label securely to the return package and drop it at any US Mailbox or Post Office. You will receive an email notification upon the completion of return processing.
As soon as the returned items are received and approved by our distribution center the refund will be processed. We will only be able to credit merchandise that is physically received by our warehouse.

All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. Your credit card account will be credited upon processing of the returned item(s), and the credit should appear on your next statement. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
International customers wishing to make returns can email Customer Service, info@caomp.com for our International Return Policies and shipping costs.
EXCHANGE BY MAIL
Return your purchase using our "Return by Mail" process (within 30 days of your order date). Order your new merchandise at the same time you call customer service. Availability or replacement item is not guaranteed. If the item you request is not available, we will process the item as a return. We'll bill your credit card for the new merchandise and process your credit for returned merchandise as soon as we receive it.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
If you'd like to cancel or change your order, please call 844 748-3337 as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. But please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.
* If you cancel an item that qualified you for a promotion or special deal, you may no longer receive that discount or promotion.
** Once the initial non-refundable payment is processed for a private label purchase, cancellation will result in the customer's forfeit of those funds and the release of NURNANDNUR, LLC. obligation to deliver the product.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
If packages are returned to NURNANDNUR, LLC. due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. NURNANDNUR, LLC. is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
NURNANDNUR, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, NURNANDNUR, LLC will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
No refunds, replacements or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in an order.
Although we make every effort to be in stock for your order, popular items do become temporarily unavailable, or “backordered,” at times. Available items will be sent to you right away, and backordered items are sent when they arrive in stock, at no additional shipping charge. Your credit card is billed only as items are shipped from our warehouse.
